Shipping Overview

Our team processes orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring your chosen styles—whether designed for active lifestyles, casual comfort, or sophisticated occasions—are packaged to perfection. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to guarantee your items arrive in pristine condition.

Shipping Timeframe

Processing times may vary slightly depending on inventory availability and seasonal demand. Domestic shipments generally reach customers within 3-7 business days post-dispatch, while international deliveries may require 10-20 business days. Note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or customs inspections may occasionally extend these estimates. Rest assured, we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with two straightforward options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders of $60+ (maximum order value: $9,999)

All costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart total. Seasonal promotions may occasionally provide additional shipping benefits.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we serve customers across North America, the European Union, and select Asian countries. Some remote locations (e.g., certain islands or rural areas) may require extended delivery times or incur additional fees. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to embargoed regions or countries with restrictive import policies for footwear. During checkout, our system will automatically validate your address eligibility.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- Carrier information with live tracking link
- Estimated delivery window
For convenience, you can also monitor your order status by logging into your account. Should tracking information not update within 48 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting our support team.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, logistical challenges may occur. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please first track your shipment via the provided link. For unresolved cases, contact [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Screenshot of tracking status
- Shipping address confirmation
Our customer service team will investigate promptly and provide resolution options within 2 business days, which may include reshipment or refund where applicable.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country's regulations. These charges vary significantly by destination and are determined solely by local authorities. We recommend consulting your national postal service or customs office for specific rates before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot declare packages as gifts or adjust declared values, as this violates international trade laws. Any refused shipments due to unpaid duties will be subject to standard return processing fees.
